I've had this daydream about a secret government program that protects and aids supernatural entities simply called "The Bunkers".
Arnold is a being that can't speak (no language, but can write) but has extraordinary combat abilities as well as the skill to replicates others noises at varying intervals that cause headaches and blood ruptures.
Tests are uncertain what he is. His DNA results are different each time.
UPDATE: He seems to like a simple psychic girl so much that he learned to say her name. He began with great difficulty but now used it to communicate his feelings over his other noises.
