Firstly, sorry for the blood. This isn't really "mature content", right?
And why is it Eevie's fault? (Eevie is my friend)
Two reasons:
1) She posted a status "Frisk wants to carve out her eyes and knock out all her teeth", which inspired this.
2) She was being extremely mean to Ham (another friend) and made her very sad. This caused there to be extra blood in the picture.
I'm sorry Frisk had to go through this.
And this is all your fault, Eevie
(She's gonna hate me if she reads this.)
