I managed to get two weeks off after working a lot.So I decided to give myself a challenge.I wanted to try out a few new techniques and try to apply the same amount of effort as my more 'serious' and professional drawings that are meant to be shipped or displayed somewhere.
I'm still not sure what to think of it.Everytime I look at it I keep getting lost in my thoughts.Analyzing it.Looking for mistakes.Needed touch ups.And when I snap out of it, I'm back to square one.
I think the main reason is because it looks so much more different that my other drawings.And how at some point it stopped being about drawing for fun, and I took it much more seriously.The 4-5 days I took to draw this were a small rollercoaster.From an interruption to iron heaps of laundry, to tension headaches, and to finally finishing at midnight and saying "Screw it!You're done!Wether you like it or not!".
I'm not sure if i 'won' my challenge.But I think I'm atleast finally finished.For now.
