for context, Ignius is an old SkyWing animus. back 2,000 years ago when they were still being killed off, he was "found out". the skywings attempted to kill him multiple times (he has an immortality spell casted) until they tied him up and throw him into an unstable volcano. it exploded immediately, throwing the lava colored Ignius into the air and burying everything in lava.
2,000 years later, the rock finally erodes and his enchanted remains see the light of day.
yes his name is a pun and his backstory makes no sense bear with me this is an old character
