Is that a second Halloween drawing ? Yes it is.
This time I went for something completely different from my usual Halloween drawing. This one is very colorful and there's not a ton of purple, black or even orange. This time I took inspiration from 80's Magical Girls anime like Minki Momo and Creamy, hence the shiny eyes and the bright colors.
