Afia are an open species by me!
Afia are formed in cave crystals in forests, mountains, oceans, and some stick to caves. When they start, they all have a basic form: Fox-like legs, rabbit like tails, floppy ears and blind. They reproduce by transferring magic into a crystal. The kit will form over the course of a month, and when they emerge the parent or parents will carry the kit back to wherever the parents came from, wether it's the ocean, mountains, forest, or if they want to stay in that cave. There are also many tribes they can come from, though some may chose to be loners.

Cave: Cave dwellers keep the same form as they do when they start out because they stay in the same invironment. They are able to adjust better to the cave by developing bioluminesent streaks to scare off larger animals that are used to the dark.
Forest: Forest dwellers develope sharper snouts and grow longer tails for swinging through the trees and being more aerodynamic. (Read comments for more info)
