I got inspired by the current Retropolis skins when I came up with Poodle Skirt Piper. I'm secretly obsessed with all things retro, especially 50's and 80's fashion. I thought Piper would look cute as a 1950's sock-hop girl so I came up with this skin. I'm sure she'd be really popular at Bull's Diner. P.S., In my opinion, Bull looks a lot like Fonzie from "Happy Days". 😂
