Lately, I've noticed that we live in such a hurry that we barely have time to breathe.
The world is moving so fast, to the extent most people became unable to wait even if for just a few minutes.
Everyone is perpetually busy, stressed, unhappy, always tired or losing sleep from worries... that's why I think it's important to take some time to simply take a breath. We're not robots, we need rest although we're being taught to function like machines without ever taking a break.
Don't do that to yourself, I challenge you to breath and live without constantly trying to rush things. Appreciate spending your time in a peaceful moment of silence.
These days, it's as if people were afraid of it. They keep themselves occupied so they won't have time to think.
Enjoy the quiet bits of your life, allow yourself to breath peacefully.
