A dude with ice powers and his dog.
Kaizu is the man and he has ice powers and can also disintegrate anything he touches with dark magic. Because he’s a genetic project (and doesn’t know until later), he was also born with a facial deformity, thus the mask.
Pochi’s the dog and he’s also an experiment to track Kaizu. All of them unknowing of this though, Kaizu and his daughter, Miya, adopted him..which was the goal.
But both Kaizu and Pochi are best friends so it’s okay. :D
