Hi! So, I haven't posted in a while... But, I AM BACK! For now, haha. This is supposed to be female England, aaand, she made a rainbow with her hands, (kinda reminds me of that spongebob episode) and it's supposed to have a little kid feel to it, with the rainbow and pink and everything, I think it turned out adorable :D. This is the first picture I've drawing of female England in two years, so I hope it looks like her!
