This is my design of what the evolved form of eevee would look like if it was ground type

Name - Artheon
Type - ground
Habitat - found in the dessert
to evolve - you need to be in a sand storm and have it holding a sack of sand

About the pokemon - artheon is a Pokémon that has really bad eye sight, So it uses its hearing Sense. That's way it has fur on its eyes.
Artheon has a blanket like cape that keeps it warm and cold. Its paws has a Padding that helps it walk on the sand with out making a foot print.
