This is Vrad.
Also known as subject BW15 by the government.
No one knows for sure if he is supposed to be a vampire...he has the fangs, the strength, the resiliency and speed and likes blood a lot like one, he also hates garlic...however he can run around in the sun without turning to ash...
He escaped the lab where they kept and tortured him, wiping out everyone that stood in his way. So far he has no known weaknesses since guns and tanks proved to be useless on him since he regenerates from any damage almost instantly, plust they have cut of all his limbs many times to see if he would die...he didn't.
Fun fact about him though...there is a chance that his name could be either "Brad" or "Vlad", but we can never know since he pronounces "B" as "V" and "L" as "R"...however since he gave himself that name we will never know if he actually remembers his past before becoming this weapon he is or maybe he just liked the name.
