This is "Herra" the protagonist from my manga "Roving Girl" on MANGA PLUS CREATORS.
The word "Herra" means "female cat" in Arabic, which does drives the the character personality in her having cat like features and being curious about many things around her.
I have made slight redesigns to her since I'am still working on remaking the entire manga from scratch.
