Please help improve my Japanese after hospital

2021 was a very rough year for me. I was aiming to study Japanese so I could speak with more clients. But this year I was hospitalized twice. The 2nd time I put on the ventilator and in a coma for COVID pneumonia as well. The pneumonia took 6 months of my life. I had to learn how to walk, eat, talk, hold a pen all over again. My dream to improve my Japanese skill was put on hold, and I need to rely on people's support to communicate while living in Japan. I really want this prize so I can restart my dream again in 2022. It's a small dream but it is something I want to do I'm my lifetime. I want to talk more with people and bring more smiles to their lives.
