This is a flag fish, a creature that lives in the abyssal zone of the ocean. It’s fins are bioluminescent and the fish uses this to both attract and hypnotize it’s prey. It’s diet is any microorganisms. Since it lives in such a dark part of the ocean it is blind and it’s scales are dark for it to blend in.
