In this world there are fairies who are responsible for controlling natural phenomena and weather. This is Kyuu, a sweet bubbly fairy who has a duty to take care of the rain. She cannot be seen by humans but she is always there, having fun in the rainy sky because she loves it so much. Her jewelry shines when she decides to drop the rain. She has a friend named cloudy who is always by her side. Cloudy is a cute magic cloud who can talk and has super powers to protect and help kyuu.

For the costume, I used some translucent elements and shades of blue to depict the raindrops and water puddle. I made the costume kinda puffy to represent the cloud. There is also parts of the costume and jewelry that symbolizes rain, cloudy skies and weather. I made her hair curly and color it with dark blue tint to illustrate the dark clouds. For the umbrella, i color it with dark blue color to portray raining sky and the pattern depicts the clouds.
