Type (Scenic area, degeneration, development etc): The house with feets can move or Stuck in the rock under the water. Most of hermit crab house is for Nuclear family or Childless family. Some companies use it for dormitory.
Characteristics (Reason, circumstances etc): Sea level is higher in the future. The house on the land is more expensive in the future. So people start live overwater or under the water. But build a big house under water is too expensive, so people chose hermit crab house rather than chose big house.
