When you decide to open a building involving anything with money on the dump side of the city you shouldn't expect much.. Especially if that whole side of the city is "controlled" by a gang.. Which is literally just a group of idiots because the people I'm talking about are the Glitchrats aka my dudes... And they burnt down a oofing bank..
Of course Lucas wasn't included because in his words "Last time you idiots dragged me out there I lost my dang leg, and I ain't about to go around being a whole flipping robot"
So he kinda got the shock of finding out they burnt a whole building to the ground in the 10 minutes they were gone
