Happy National Women's Day! So here's another drawing I decided to do of my catgirl character Tabitha/Tabby since she and her gang members are a lot of fun to draw this week haha... and then I drew a genderswapped version of the Top Cat character Officer Dibble to serve as Tabitha's frenemy. Officer Dibble's genderswapped first name is Charlene. And I hope you guys all enjoy this :D
