Zed can store electricity in his body and use it in a similar way to how we use sugars and various types of energy in foods. He's even capable of storing a fraction of the energy from lightning should he get struck. While he'll need to release most of the energy he gains from the lighting, what he's left with could be comparable to what it's like on a caffeine high, but several times more potent. Don't touch him while he's like that.
