This man is killing Santa. He is also the child of Grinch and Cindy Lou. Cindy believed that the Grinch was kind deep down despite all the things he had done. But the Grinch was evil to the roots which explains why he had raped her and let her conceive his junior who we see in this illustration. He inherited his father's monstrosity and had killed Santa on the night of Christmas which resulted in a bigger outcome than his father's attempt at stealing Christmas.
