I’m gonna restart the counter of painting practice(I’ve uploaded some of my previous attempts before) and this time work on it consistently.
For now my session of painting practice consists of: attempting “values distillation practice” on reference photos (check Sinix design on youtube for more info on that exercise… if you want), I also am passively trying to think of different exercises, but I’m simply not doing it enough to be able to(since I don’t yet understand painting)… and FINALLY I try to do a painting completely on my own(no reference photos, or anything) using what I’ve learned(or think I’ve learned) during that session. THAT part is the part which I upload.
I do almost the same with analysis of my favourite artists. I have to upload my own thing, that’s the kind of person I am.
