In this artwork, I used soft pastel hues to create a dreamy backdrop. The white outline creates a clear boundary between the character and the background. It prevents the character from blending into the pastel hues, ensuring that the viewer’s eye is drawn to the central figure. I guess if we add a little bit of shadow behind white boundary it can make more clear boundaries but I didn't apply the shadows ( by mistake, I worked on same layer 😓). I tried to balance the character's placement with surrounding elements so that character's pose and expression harmonize with overall composition. In anime drawings (especially drawing female or child characters) the eyes are usually bigger. Big anime eyes enhance emotional expression, making characters relatable and visually distinctive and cute. The quality of this illustration is not good 😬but I hope to improve 🤗. It happens that when you post an illustration, you may notice mistakes but it's fine if it leads you to improve next time 🤗.
