Their species is naturally energetic.

They can survive without oxygen
They can't catch human illnesses, but humans can catch their illnesses (And it's hell, basically imagine you got a cold, except it was 100 times worse, you can't speak, you can barely move, you're in a constant state if agony, and it doesn't go away for like 3 months, that's basically what it is. There's no name for it other than "Cosmos flu")
