I use Medibang on wacom cintiq pen display to creat this artwork.
I prefer Medibang Paint for most cases. It allows you to freehand draw things like grid lines, parallel lines, vanishing point lines, circles etc... freehand but keeps them perfect.
Wacom Cintiq 16 and pro pen 2 is the most natural digital drawing I have personally experienced. It allows drawing directly on the screen.
You get smoother, more natural, brush movements, but the most important thing is the pressure sensitivity. It makes a huge difference.
