This is my design of what the evolved form of eevee would look like if it was flying type

Name - floweon
Type - flying
Habitat - found In Mountains and in the sky.
to evolve - to evolve this pokemon you need to be in the mountains or in the sky.

This Pokémon can walk on clouds and it has a big cloud around its neck because it helps the Pokémon to Blended in with the clouds and it can store water and air. But when Pokémon uses a flying type move the water will evaporated in the air. The last thing is that it is a Nocturnal and a day time Pokémon and it has Night vision eyes.
