this picture is more symbolic than physical. It has hinted that there is growth involved such as the flowers; Flowers, or plants in general, are to be the greatest and purest example of life because they grow and die, beautifully recreating the mysterious life cycle. I wanted to show that even though you grow, and journey, you ultimately always stay connected to your past/childhood and memories. I also wanted to portray that all these different stages are still connected through the red line going into all of them: this is blood. blood signifies life so this shows that they still share the same life. there is always a journey, whether physical or spiritual, they are still challenges that you must overcome.
