This is Katrina, the Bloodthirsty Saiyan. She is a commander of one of King Vegeta's troops.
She was sent to Earth to abort Kakarot's mission as the King has other plans for that planet.
Her strength is compared to Brolly's, but she doesn't tend to lose control and that's what makes her so dangerous!!!
