If the person is facing the location in where Cyber-chan will teleport, they will be experiencing an extreme anxiety and fear that someone is behind. They will look back, and ta-daa! She appears near the person, and does whatever she desires. She can also have the ability to steal or consume/apply any product she encounters in the new location. If she leaves, the person seeing it will experience the exact same feeling as mentioned above. There is no limit to where she is transported.
