SeaWing I finished today using the Vincian flag as a color palette.
Unlike the previous dragon that I used a color palette to make (the purple and blue dragon I posted right before this one), I stuck much closer to the palette, I didn't mix any of the colors or make any gradients.
I think I did really well, and the colors look much better to me than I thought they might!
