Background practice the became something more.
Colin Cockatoo is a young gangster and Cody Cockatiel is one his gang members. However they never actually do anything bad. The worst they do is vandalize buildings with graffiti or get too rowdy at night and receive noise complaints. Although Colin seems to have a mysterious past that may have even been violent, his beak is covered in scars.
Cody is laughing at the graffiti that looks like Colin.
