remade a old drawing from when i first joined penup. if u know what the original looks like, ur cool. also the last image is supposed to relate to some lore about Starlight. i based their outfit off of a outfit i made on roblox. also the original is painfully bright pink and eye strainy
(i added the original after the last image, i literally just copy and pasted this off my penup desc LMAOOO)

i used pixel pen and pixel filters for the pixelization and ill tell how i did stuff (pixel stuff ofc)
first you make the drawing you want to make using a pixil pen
add all your shading and stuff
then, duplicate the entire part of the layer and use a square pixil filter, but very lightly (do it however heavy you want)
then for other filters, duplicate it again snd add effects you want, like brightness or color filters, and lower them to your liking
then your done
