after a person dies and they decide to become an angel, they need to sign a contract and there are certain boxes they have to tick. 12 devised a plan, and didn't full in the contract all the way. because of that they were a little different than other angels training in the academy with them. they were the most violent killer of the lot, and the only one who hard dark wings.
