Secret didn’t always look like this. She was possessed by a demon and that gave her a new look. The demon inside her can take over her sometimes giving her a complete new look and personality. When the demon does take over her, it either causes her to kill things, screech loudly, or faint. Her looks should go back to normal after but she can only remember a few things that happened while the demon took over her. The black stripes on her fur are suppose to be traces of the fur from her demonized form. The symbol on her right shoulder is a symbol left from the demon (or said to actually be where the demon hides within her.) Secret was originally a very happy and hyper animal until she was possessed and she actually killed her family and some of her friends. This changed her permanently. Now, the only thing she has left is the stuffed penguin her owner gave to her before she ran away. She treasures it dearly.
