Don't be afraid of crying when you're sad, it's bad for your health to frequently hold back tears.
I used to hide my feelings, mainly whenever something saddened me. Until not long ago, I barely could shed a tear because of that.
My body got accustomed to it and I actually had to put more strength to let it out rather than to conceal them.
I got easily annoyed and the minor things would bother me, anger was all I showed to those around me.
Now, I try to be more honest with myself instead of denying my emotions, I deal with them.
Don't bottle things up, you're allowed to have feelings!
