Star giver is my first OC! I hope you love him!
Extra info: he is the only one of his kind that is "cute", others are undeniably beautiful. They do not have names, but all are referred to as "Star Giver". There are many of them, and each lives in it's own star. The stars they give out are actually pieces of the star where they reside. The underside of their cloaks will take them right to their home, and vice versa.
