A humanized weather - fog!
Because a foggy weather makes humans hard to see, her eyes turned dull- because she doesn't really need it
Her hair gradually changes to black, like how some fogs have a certain 'blackness' to it
I have no clue as to why there's something like a wreath she's wearing, it just popped up in my head hahaha
