The days passed and she started hearing whispers, sounds of wind, having vivid dreams — visions of sky and mountains, clouds and beautiful lakes at the very top of them, of flying across oceans on a sunny day and of the massive shadow she saw on the water’s surface that seemed to move whenever she did. Those were dreams and sensations unlike any she has experienced thus far… not long after her body began to morph.
Her body was morphing and changing, her mind being filled with knowledge of thousands of years, she waa becoming something else…
She felt the change, everything associated with it – pain, beauty, fear, but strangely her sense of self was only becoming stronger.
When the moon outside the mountain was crescent and vivid, she closed her eyes drifting to deep sleep, having last thought that maybe it was meant to be this way, that maybe she was born to become a dragon.
