"Hey everypony! Starflame Twister here, sharing a peek at my My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic project, where I’m using classic Adobe Flash to build props and creative elements. I love how FiM embraced simple, effective designs, and I’m keeping that legacy alive with a modern twist—just like Lauren Faust did.
Take this cupcake prop (gestures to screen). I’ll be replacing the shadow with a plate to ground it better, making it scene-ready. You’ll also notice a bite mark I’m removing to keep it pristine. Flash makes these small tweaks super easy—it’s like sculpting vectors!
What excites me most is how Flash lets me honor FiM’s original feel while improving the design quality. Every prop, like this cupcake, isn’t just a set piece; it helps tell the story of Equestria, just like the characters.
