Characteristics (Reason, circumstances etc):Seems like this remains is built by last civilization (2000+years), maybe this remains acted as a factories many years ago. Somehow, it already not working and destroyed. There is also an aircraft wreckage near this remains...… maybe some accidents happened before. Nowadays, a lot of Sea creatures living under this remains.
