八百比丘尼のお話。人魚の肉を食べた女性は不死となり八百年生きたとか。手塚治虫先生の火の鳥にも出てきます。
The legend of Yaobikuni: Once upon a time, a lady ate the flesh of Ningyo (not doll). After that, she never aged for more than 800 years.
Please read Hinotori written by Tezuka, it is a completely different story, but Yaobikuni appears.
