"Heróis da TV" was the name given by Editora Abril, a Brazilian publisher, to three comic book series. In its first incarnation, in the early and middle 1970s, was the name given to a bimonthly anthology starring Hanna-Barbara cartoons (based on Dell "Hanna -Barbera Super TV Heroes"). In their later incarnations was the name given to a monthly anthology, published in late 1970s and 1980s, starring Marvel superheroes (Iron-Man, Thor, Avengers among others), and a monthly anthology starring comics based on tokusatsu tv shows. The Impossibles never appeaered on a "Heróis da TV" cover, although one story originally published by Dell was translated and published in the first issue of "Herois da TV".
