This painting depicts a beauty who fell prey to vices such as greed, selfishness, etc. Thus she had her eyes blinded by evil and failed to see the beauty of the world. Although she stands surrounded by wonderful mother nature, she fails to witness its beauty and stands blinded in her own world devoid of any color but that of greed, selfishness, jealousy and other such vices.
