Whoo! About time Isie got a redesign since she was looking a bit plain and found a new style to stick to (hopefully).
Yes, it's canon Isie is Bi!
The dress isn't necessary gonna stay since I found it on images but looks cute. The gold pieces on her head are shaped like moons with little stars on the back you can't see.
If you want to know more about her I'll be doing a ref sheet and info about her soon.
(For my MD fans we're currently waiting for episode 5 to come out so the crew can get to work on it. We're going to be doing portraits for the comic which will NOT be for sale.)
