Clearly, this didn't turn out quite as well as my others have. I might rethink a vileplume design later, even if vileplume in general has a pretty simple, no nonsense design. I just didn't want her to have a Lilligant hat, because that is sooo boring. I imagine she'd take after the flower Vileplume is designed after. Beautiful and tempting, but horrible smelling and repulsive once you get to know her. Fun, right? I figured with such a bland design it'd only be fair to give her a uniqure character trait.
On another note, feel free to suggest a pokemon. I'm doing this because I'm bored, so I'm likely to accept anything.
