About the wheel thing, what i wanted to do was for a way to draw regularly and quickly, so I thought I'd do fanart, which will mostly be in this format. I'd choose people from two ways: person at the top of the timeline, or wheel. If I don't have drawing ideas for the person in the timeline, I let the wheel decide. Also, if you already got a surprise, you can still get more. I won't take your name off of the wheel, but I will enter the same people multiple times if they haven't gotten anything for a while.
