We often forget our own worth, mainly due to being taught to measure it wrongly, believing we're worthless if we're not working without cathing a break or studying so hard that even your brain gets tired.
The truth is, those things don't define your value, you're important simply because you're you.
Don't feel pressured to always show good results to earn approval, affection and love from others. Even if everyone seems to say otherwise, you're enough!
