Chirin charms, or ringing hounds, are magical wax dog charms created to protect the owner. In their resting form they are as small as key chains, while in their hound form they can change their sizes accordingly. They can only bond with one master, one person can have multiple, & remain bound even if their owner abandons them. They are made of fire, smoke, & wax & the fire will only burn things/ppl they see fit. Their fire cannot be put out using normal methods, but if it does, they will die. There are few known was to kill a ringing hound, one would be to put out its fire, detach its tag, or kill its master. However, if a hounds master is murdered/commits not alive while it is still in a resting state it will not die, instead it will become a vengeful charm killing off those it blames for its masters death until ultimately offing itself
