Her name is Yuki Amano, and she is a magical girl!
This is her in her magical girl outfit after her transformation.
The outfit consists of gold bands holding her hair in low pigtails, pearls entwined with her hair, a magic staff (which can double as a spear if needed), knee pads, heels, top, skirt, and some long sleeves. Hope you like it! ^>^
