I had to do a redesign on Wally Franks because I dunno.
The "Now" Wally Franks actually has multiple hair colors to dye, and it's optional. For now on, he wears a shirt and a long tie with an armband.
This is kinda like the "before Wally had quit dyeing his hair" design I made.
His personality does changed. He is angry at times, serious, friendly to Norman, but has a crush on him, but they keep it as friends.
He really dislikes Bertrum the most because no one ever knew much about him at all since he seems so non-existent at all
